Yogurt 2

I really love yogurt. I always bought it plain. People make strange faces and look at me as if I have two heads when I say that. Here is why I like it plain.

When we eat it in the morning, we add jam or fresh really ripe fruit (like banana, mango, plum...) We can have a different flavour each day if we want and it doesn't clutter up the fridge with differently flavoured yogurt containers. And, it doesn't cost more than buying (or making) one container of yogurt!! Jams added are especially nice because you also don't need to add any sugar.

I also use it to replace sour cream. It tastes almost the same. It's great added to soups, baked potatoes, and nachos. Also, I use it in baking muffins and cakes which call for milk. It adds great moisture. So, I don't clutter the fridge with more containers and avoid paying the price for sour cream (which can get expensive too!)
